Why can I not have the company's name on my Employment Agreement? (depending on the country)

In every country, we adopt a specific business model. For example, if Remote in that specific country is a consultancy firm, we cannot relate to one specific client, we have to relate to our legal entity in said country. However, we will always have an agreement that transpires the relationship that we have with the company, so everything is documented.
