In a nutshell, this is what you need to know: We use direct debits to bill your company, either via ACH in the United States or SEPA in the Eurozone. Total cost of employment (TCE) and our fee will be charged as soon as you approve payroll for the month. You will be billed in the local currency of your bank account. We send salary payments using local bank transfers when possible and in the local currency of your employee.
What payment methods are available?
We currently support direct debits via ACH in the United States and via SEPA in the Eurozone. You have to link your company's bank account to your account with us to enable this.
When will I be charged?
The total cost of employment (TCE) and our fee will be charged as soon as you approve payroll for the month. If you have not approved payroll by the 18th of the month, we process it on the 19th and charge your bank account for the amount of the TCE and our fee.
Are there any payment fees?
No, we do not charge payment fees. Our only fee is the percentage we charged over TCE per month.
What currency will I be billed in?
You will be billed in the local currency of your bank account. We handle everything related to converting to the local currency of your employee.
