In most cases, issues with verification are due to:

• Bad photograph quality. 
• ID photograph is hard to compare to the live photograph
• The ID document has expired
• The ID document is damaged

If your verification fails for any reason, you will be prompted to fill in a simple form - please let us know what happened and what was the issue.
